Who we are
Seen is provided by SIA LearnBetter, a company registered in Latvia with registration number 50203681041 ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@learnbetter.si.
What Seen is
Seen is a wellbeing and self-understanding companion for women who think differently. Over four weeks it helps you notice how your days really go, understand your own patterns and try small changes. It includes one small guided step a day, open chat in WhatsApp, and a private page where your patterns build up.
Seen is an AI companion, not a person. Its replies are written by AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete or not right for your situation, so please use your own judgement and check anything important with a qualified person.
What Seen is not
- Seen is not therapy, counselling or a medical service, and it is not a medical device.
- Seen does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not give advice about medication.
- The pattern quiz is a reflection exercise. Its result is not a diagnosis or an assessment.
- Seen is not a substitute for professional care. It works alongside whatever support you already have.
- Seen is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call 112 in the EU, 999 in the UK, or 911 in the US. In the US you can also call or text 988. In Latvia you can call 116 123, and in the UK and Ireland Samaritans on 116 123.
Who can use Seen
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. You need a WhatsApp account to use the chat.
Price and payment
Seen costs €19 for your first four weeks, paid up front. After that it renews automatically at €19 a month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or the "Manage or cancel" link at the bottom of every page, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Your right to cancel within 14 days
If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because Seen starts straight away, we ask you at checkout to agree that it begins immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund you for the part of the period you have not used.
Using Seen well
Please do not use Seen to break the law, to harm yourself or others, to harass anyone, or to try to break, overload or copy the service. We may pause or end access if Seen is misused, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Your content
What you write and say to Seen stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run Seen for you, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell it and we do not use it to advertise to you.
Availability
We work to keep Seen running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. The chat depends on WhatsApp, which is run by Meta, and on our other providers.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, or our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Apart from that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in Seen or by email at least 14 days before the change. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Latvia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Please write to us first at hello@learnbetter.si, so we can try to put things right.
