What Seen is
Seen is a companion for adults with ADHD that lives in WhatsApp. People text it when their head is too full. It helps them pick one thing to do, start it, and come back to it later in the day.
It works in short text conversations and scheduled check-ins, inside the chat app people already use.
What Seen is not
- It does not diagnose ADHD or any other condition.
- It does not treat anything, and it does not give advice about medication.
- It is not therapy, and it does not replace care from you or any other professional.
When someone is in crisis
Seen is not an emergency service. When a conversation shows that someone may be at risk, Seen stops the usual coaching and points them to their local emergency number and crisis lines. It does not contact anyone on their behalf.
How data is handled
Conversations are stored so that Seen can keep the thread from one day to the next. People can ask for their data to be deleted at any time by writing to hello@seen.coach. Our privacy policy explains what is stored, why, and for how long.
